What We Do

The function of education is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically. Intelligence plus character – that is the goal of true education.
— Martin Luther King, Jr.

We provide a holistic learning experience for our students.

Educational challenges do not fester in a vacuum; we are dedicated to meeting our students wherever they are at academically and emotionally. Our commitment is to create safe spaces where students can confront those challenges.

Change is often difficult, especially if a student has not developed the stamina needed to meet their potential. To best help our students, we nurture trusting relationships that inspire academic risk taking. We teach commitment, endurance, and organization - key fundamentals of success. We encourage collaboration among teachers and parents. And above all, we believe in honest communication and integrity.

We want all of our students to feel empowered after our work together: to learn the skills needed to self-advocate, to enjoy the satisfaction of focus, and to feel a gratifying sense of accomplishment after a job well done!
